This notice explains what information mileswithmeghna_ collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you join the newsletter, we store your email address and signup date. If you submit a blog comment, we store the display name and comment you provide; approved comments are visible publicly. If a booking workflow is enabled, we may also receive your name, email, selected service, appointment time, note, payment reference, and meeting details. Administrative sign-in provides a verified Microsoft account identifier, name, and email address.

How we use it

Newsletter information is used with your consent to send requested updates. Blog comments are reviewed before publication and may be removed to keep the conversation safe and relevant. Booking information is used to provide the service, process payment, schedule the call, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Limited technical information may be processed to secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Service providers

Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by Microsoft Entra ID, our email hosting provider, Instagram, Topmate, Razorpay, or Zoom. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses an essential session cookie for secure administration, booking continuity, comment protection, and remembering whether you liked a blog post during that session. Local storage may remember popup preferences and an unfinished storefront cart. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site analytics cookies.

Retention and security

Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Blog comments are retained while the related post and conversation remain available, unless you request deletion or a moderator removes them. Booking and payment records are retained only as needed to deliver the service and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Sessions expire after eight hours. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, moderation, and restricted storage to protect information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, email hello@mileswithmeghna.com. Rights and response periods may vary by location.
